Hope to hear you soon! FHF!
97.1 changed formats and dropped Frosty, Heidi, and Frank in the process!
Safari 4
Well I swore after all of my issues with the most recent IE beta I wasn't going to download anymore web browser betas but today Apple released Safari 4 Beta and I couldn't resist. I really like Safari graphically over any of the other major browsers and figured what the hey it couldn't hurt to experiment a little besides its Apple so Beta means a little more than it does with Internet Explorer.

Samsung I900 Omnia
Well as an addition to my crappy updating I figured I would share I changed my work phone to the Samsung I900 Omnia. So far I have really enjoyed the phone and my only complaint has been less than optimal battery life though I do tend to work it like a dog. The web browser is pretty solid, vznavigator, wifi, etc. etc. Still learning some tricks and gauging how far I can push the battery and then I'll give a better review!

Incase Sling Pack
Well I have to admit I have been sorely neglecting my weblog as of late but hopefully I'll turn over a new leaf. Well I finall broke down and bought an alluminum briefcase for my laptop but I hate to admit I am not happy with it as it is too small to carry the accessories of said laptop, I can barely wedge the power cord and a cordless mouse into it. So I bought an InCase Sling Pack which has recived high marks by most people who reviewed it and since I have had a nightmare of a time finding a suitable bag to carry my gigantor 17 inch laptop around in. I love the functionality but really wished I had hept to 15 incher I had before. I really liked my Nike backpack I had before. So far since I got this laptop I have tried a Targus messenger bag, blah, an Oakley Backpack, HUGE, an aluminum briefcase, I'll spare you the repeat complaints, and soon to try the Incase solution...

RIP Marcus Alex Puga
My coworker lost her son the other day in a motorcycle crash. I cant imagine the ain of losing a child especially at such a young age as 23. RIP Marcus....
Marcus was born on November 12, 1985 in Monterey Park Hospital in Monterey Park, CA, weighing at 8 lb 9 ounces. He was born with the cord around his neck but other than that a healthy baby boy. He is the youngest of 4 children, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
As a child Marcus was a charming, funny and friendly boy and was often influenced by his brothers and father. He loved being around his family. His brothers would often tease him and play dirty tricks on him as brothers usually do. As he grew older, he made many friends and quite often invited them over for lunch and dinner. Marcus enjoyed having his friends over so much that he often asked Mom and his Aunts to make lunch for all them. Practically every other week his friends would swim in our pool and often his friends would end up sleeping over because he always wanted to be around his friends. He often helped friends around the neighborhood fixing bikes and engines when asked of him because he always felt he had a passion to help his friends. He often enjoyed riding his quad cycle in Lucerne Valley with his brothers.
Marcus graduated from Salesian High School in 2004. He then decided to enroll in Bryman Medical College in early 2005 and took Medical Assistant courses. He graduated from Bryman in 2006. He began working with EB Professional Services as a medical technician, visiting nursing homes and doing retinal scans on elder patients. Marcus felt he wanted to do more to help his parents with money and took on a second job at the post office, working swing shift, while working his day job. On the weekends, he had a part time job working at a party supply store setting up jumpers, tables and chairs for extra money. One of his main ambitions in life was to become a police officer and he would often mention that "Nothing will stand in his way" to accomplish this and he knew he needed to hard work to make it happen.
Marcus did have a steady girlfriend, Candace, which he met at Bryman. He often called her "My Chinita". Just last year they became engaged to each other. They were planning to get married in August of 2009.
Marcus was a fighter and a go-getter and a very caring young man, full of inspirations. He loved his parents and family deeply. He was always thinking of his sister, Elaine. He was the kind of person you always wanted around.
Marcus will be missed and will always live in the hearts of everyone he touched.

Cathedrals of the Game - Dodger Stadium
One of my favorite shows on the MLB Channel is Cathedrals of the Game. Tonight they covered Dodger Stadium. I love the way the talk about the history of a particular stadium. It really makes me want to take the stadium tour that the Dodgers offer. I bought a mini plan this year so for the first time in my life I will be at opening day this year!

What a week!
This has been one of the craziest weeks I have had in quite some time. Work has been very busy. Saturday was the UFC and the much awaited fight between BJ Penn and GSP which turned out to be pure domination by GSP proving size matters... Sunday was perhaps the best Super Bowl ever though I have to admit I was pulling for the Cardinals. I have been watching the Caribbean World Series on the MLB Channel. Basically it a double round robin played between Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela. So the team with the best record after 6 games is the champ. The games have a very World Baseball Classic feel to them. I have to admit I am a little obsessed with the MLB Channel...
