10/05/2003: "Atkins Diet"

I have been reading up on the Atkin's Diet in hopes of dropping weight. All of my family and friends are concerned about my weight as I am 5'5 and weigh 215 pounds. I had tried a similar diet and lost weight but it was a diet and after I stopped I went back to my old habits and gained my weight back. Atkins is more of a lifestyle than a diet and while Atkins has focused on Carbs he actually is really battling Processed foods. As I read more and more it seems to make better and better sense. We will see when start induction I'll let you now how it goes.
